 nd Intensely Developed Area\, and IDA will be covered in some detail. Topi
 cs to be discussed include:\n\n•  Regulations for building in the RCA\, LD
 A\, and IDA \n•  The importance and functions of the Critical Area Buffer
 \nânâ  The types of Buffer Management Plans and how they are used \n•  Shore
 line projects and how the permit process is handled jointly by Maryland   
  Department of the Environment\, Corps of Engineers\, and local government
