 out Borders: Connecting People and Nature in the Americas</i>\; and Discov
 ery Creek Children’s Museum. She is also a certified horticulturist and la
 ndscape designer based in the Washington\, DC\, metropolitan area. She is 
 accredited in organic land care through the Northeast Organic Farmers Asso
 ciation and has designed and taught a course in organic landscaping for th
